January Activity Check

The January Activity Check is now live. You will have until February 8th to post Activity, after which your character will be swept from the game. If your application was accepted this month, you simply have to check in, although you may post full or extended activity to gain Notoriety if desired. Any posts and tags made since the game began are valid to use for Activity.

As this is the first activity check of the game, all characters may simply check-in if desired, although as noted above you may post actual activity to gain Notoriety.

Activity Requirements

To meet the activity requirements, you must have the following:

-At least two threads with two different characters with at least 4 comments from your character (for a total of 8 comments)
-If desired, you may substitute one of these threads with a post by your character (threads in this post may still be used toward Activity)
-Please link posts and threads separately even if the post is being used to meet Activity requirements
-If you do not have Activity for the month, you may take a Strike. If you take a Strike, you must make activity for the next two successive months and will not be able to take a hiatus during that time, after which you may take Strikes and Hiatuses as normal. If a player is individually seen to be abusing the Strike system, we may extend the month activity requirements for that player.

Special Activity

If you meet the Special requirements for activity, you may gain additional Notoriety. Please note all Special Requirements in a separate category when posting it. Please note in some cases you gain Notoriety for overlapping objectives, if you are running and taking part in a Player Plot, for example, you gain 2 Notoriety overall. The Special requirements for this month are:

-Meeting Activity Requirements (1 Notoriety, rewarded automatically for passing Activity)
-Doubling Activity Requirements (1 Notoriety, 4 threads of at least 4 comments with 4 different characters)
-Taking part in a Player Plot (1 Notoriety)
-Running a Player Plot (1 Notoriety)
-Taking part in a Reconnaissance Mission (1 Notoriety)
-Running a Reconnaissance Mission (1 Notoriety)

February, 2018 - Infiltration Period

Current Events:

-Todd Woodrow Jr.’s group Fight for America will be holding a Fight to be Right Rally on the UCLA campus on February 28th.
-Strange calling cards have been found around the UCLA claiming that the heart of Todd Woodrow Jr. will be stolen by a group calling themselves the "Phantom Thieves of Heart"
-Local stores and restaurants in the area are preparing for Valentine's Day. Now is the perfect time for a date with that special someone who would be very disappointed in you if you don't spend a LOT of money on them.

Month Objectives:

-Enter Todd Woodrow Jr.’s Palace and steal his heart

Player Plots:

Players are welcome to run their own player plots as desired. You may use the comment below to plan your plots. Based on your final proposal, the mod team will give the organizing player a summary of what will occur during their plot and that player can run it. Running and taking part in player plots earns characters more notoriety.
