Current Events:

-James Poplett died of mysterious causes, and Tamara and Bartholomew Poplett were taken into police custody.
-The Phantom Inquisition has released a series of videos in multiple languages across the world announcing their intent to kill all oppressive individuals
-There are multiple reports of high-profile political and social figures dying mysteriously, as well as several reports of figures confessing their crimes. In all cases, a Calling Card was left at the scene prior to the incident, but in all cases the Calling Cards claimed they were going to steal the hearts of their target, not kill them.
-The UN Security Council is expected to convene and discuss this so-called “Phantom Inquisition”
-There is a general uproar across the world over the Phantom Inquisition, Phantom Thieves, and the mysteries surrounding their operation. Speculation runs wild, but at this point nobody really knows or understands what is going on.

Month Objectives:

-Find a new target
-Investigate the Phantom Inquisitors

Player Plots:

Players are welcome to run their own player plots as desired. You may use the comment below to plan your plots. Based on your final proposal, the mod team will give the organizing player a summary of what will occur during their plot and that player can run it. Running and taking part in player plots earns characters more notoriety.

April Activity check

The April Activity Check is now live. You will have until May 15th to post Activity, after which your character will be swept from the game. If your application was accepted this month, you simply have to check in, although you may post full or extended activity to gain Notoriety if desired.

Characters accepted into the game in February do not need to post full activity and just need to check in, although they may post activity for additional Notoriety if desired.

Activity Requirements

To meet the activity requirements, you must have the following:

-At least two threads with two different characters equalling at least 4 comments from your character (for a total of 8 comments)
-If desired, you may substitute one of these threads with a post by your character (threads in this post may still be used toward Activity)
-Please link posts and threads separately even if the post is being used to meet Activity requirements
-Valid threads and posts include any dated from April 1st to present day.
-If you do not have Activity for the month, you may take a Strike. If you take a Strike, you must make activity for the next two successive months and will not be able to take a hiatus during that time, after which you may take Strikes and Hiatuses as normal. If a player is individually seen to be abusing the Strike system, we may extend the month activity requirements for that player.

If you meet the Special requirements for activity, you may gain additional Notoriety. Please note all Special Requirements in a separate category when posting it. Please note in some cases you gain Notoriety for overlapping objectives, if you are running and taking part in a Player Plot, for example, you gain 2 Notoriety overall. The Special requirements for this month are:

-Meeting Activity Requirements (1 Notoriety, rewarded automatically for passing Activity)
